Volunteers make a difference

Thank you to our amazing volunteers past and present! With your help we have held so many successful GME events throughout the years.

Please note that we are currently experiencing an issue where the the Sign-Up sheets do not immediately show a volunteer’s name after they have signed up for a spot.  We are working on solving the problem, but in the mean time an email will be sent to confirm your sign up and we will refresh the system in the background so that your name appears correctly.

Santa's Workshop

Event Chair: Kath Charlton

DETAILS:

Donated items will be priced (inexpensively!) so that students can shop for holiday gifts for their loved ones.  The event will run during school hours to keep the gifts a surprise.

All funds received will support the PAC's efforts to give back to families in our school community this holiday season.

Pricing Elf: We will be collecting the donations from the classrooms, pricing them and sorting them so that we can store them in the attic.

Set-Up Elf: We will be setting up tables, putting tablecloths on them and moving the sale items from the attic to the tables.

Worker Elf: In the morning, we will need someone to handle cash or to help students find items, especially our youngest students who need help knowing what they can afford.

Worker Elf: Work in Santa's Workshop helping kids to shop and pay. Afternoon elves help with clean up.
