SPECIAL PRESENTATION

The district SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) Team will be giving a 20 min presentation on the CASEL 5 and giving tips on how to support SEL learning at home.

Social and emotional learning is an integral part of education and human development. The CASEL 5 addresses five broad, interrelated areas of competence:

Self-awareness
Self-management
Social awareness
Relationship skills
Responsible decision-making
