PAC Meetings

PAC Meetings are held on the last Monday of every month.  Please check the event calendar to confirm the date of the next meeting.

Please note that the first PAC meeting of the year will be held September 22nd, not the last Monday of the month).

The Purpose of the PAC

The Glenmore Parent Advisory Committee supports all students by volunteering our time, being a communication link between the school and parents, discussing important issues, and by fundraising to have extra equipment, materials and field trips for everyone at the school.

Education

To help and support Ecole Elementaire Glenmore Elementary School education.

Advise

To advise the school principal and staff on parental views about school programs, policies and activities.

Communicate

To communicate with parents and to promote co-operation between the home and the school in providing for the education of children.

Parental Education

To help promote parental education and awareness of educational issues.

Advocate

To assist parents in accessing the education system and to advocate on behalf of parents and students.

Events

To organize council activities and events.

Involvement

To contribute to the effectiveness of the school by promoting the involvement of parents and other community members.
